
Dr. Holly Caputy joined our practice in May 2012. She completed her undergraduate work at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry in 2008. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Science in 2009 and her Doctorate of Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2012. She graduated from optometry school with highest clinical honors. When not in the office, Dr. Caputy has examined patients at Friendship Ridge Rehabilitation, Villa St. Joseph Nursing Facility, West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, Hillview Home, Allegheny Valley Schools and McGuire Home. Prior to attending optometry school, Dr. Holly spent her summers and breaks from school working as an optician and technician at an optometry office in Seven Fields, PA. Dr. Caputy is a member of the American Optometric Association and Pennsylvania Optometric Association. She is the Trustee of Education for the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society. In 2019, Dr. Holly was awarded the Young Optometrist of the Year for the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society.
Dr. Caputy is a Beaver County native graduating from Riverside High School in 2004. She currently resides in Cranberry Township with her husband and two cats, Evgeni Meowkin and Marc Andre Furry. On September 24th, 2021 they welcomed their second baby girl, Cecelia Jane to the family to join her big sister, Ryleigh Anne, who was born December 27th, 2019. In her free time she enjoys reading and attending concerts with her friends and husband, and spending time with her family locally and in Savannah and Macon, Georgia.
